Our Work
A few things we'll need from you to start on time
Agree to Terms
Review and accept our Terms & Conditions before work begins.
Provide Content
Supply your text, images, and branding assets in ready-to-use format.
Set Up Accounts
Create any required third-party accounts (e.g. Stripe, shipping, banking plugins).
Note: If content isn’t provided by the start date, the project proceeds using placeholder text and stock images and is still considered complete.
01
- Discovery & Strategy
We start by understanding your goals, audience, and requirements. You'll share key details about your business, design preferences, functionality needs, and overall project scope so we begin with a clear, shared direction.
02
- Quote & Project Approval
Based on the information you provide, we prepare a detailed quote reflecting project complexity, design level, and the features and functionality required. Once you approve it, your timeline and scope are locked in.
03
- Design Concept (First Draft)
We create an initial design draft focused on look & feel, layout structure, and style direction — colors, typography, and visual tone. This draft is meant to align on direction, not final content, so internal pages aren't functional yet.
- Major changes requested at this stage may result in additional fees.
04
- Build & Page Development
Once the design direction is approved, all agreed pages are built in WordPress, core functionality is implemented, and accessibility (WCAG 2.0) standards are applied throughout.
- A 50% deposit is required upon first-draft approval. At this stage the project cannot be canceled.
05
- Review & Revisions
You review the website and request changes. Every project includes up to four rounds of revisions covering minor edits such as text updates, image swaps, and layout refinements. Once the rounds are complete, the project is considered finished.
- Additional changes beyond the included rounds may be added for an extra fee.
06
- Final Approval & Launch
Once everything is finalized, the remaining balance is due, the website is prepared for launch or handoff, and hosting and domain responsibilities are confirmed.
- The remaining 50% balance is due prior to launch. The project is complete whether or not final content is provided.
07
- Post-Launch Support (Optional)
Post-Launch Support (Optional) Ongoing updates, edits, and support are available when you purchase a maintenance package or have additional services quoted separately — keeping your website fast, secure, and current long after launch.
