How long does it take to complete a website?

The timeline depends on the complexity of the project, but a typical small website takes 3 to 6 weeks from consultation to launch. Delays in feedback or content submission may extend the timeline.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 40% deposit is required after the first draft is approved and the agreement is signed. The remaining 60% is paid upon project completion, before the website goes live.

Can I make changes after the website is built?

The number of included revision rounds varies by package. During our proposal, we’ll clearly outline how many feedback cycles are included. Additional revisions beyond that can be requested at an extra cost.

 

Do you provide website content?

No, we do not write content. You can provide your own, reuse content from your existing website, or request AI-generated placeholder text.

Is SEO included?

We include basic SEO setup using tools like Rank Math or Yoast. For advanced SEO strategies, we recommend hiring a dedicated marketing professional.

Can I provide my own hosting and domain?

Absolutely. You are free to use your own hosting and domain services. We’ll guide you through what’s needed for a smooth launch.

Can you issue invoices and receipts?

Yes. Rubik’s Studio is a registered business based in Greece, and we can issue official invoices and receipts for individuals, freelancers, or company entities, both domestic and international.

Who owns the website after completion?

After full payment, you own the design and code of your website. Third-party plugins or licensed assets are subject to their own terms of use.

Is hosting included?

Hosting is not included by default, as prices vary depending on factors like website size, functionality, and estimated traffic. We can recommend suitable hosting plans or handle hosting on your behalf upon request.

 

What is included in the maintenance package?

Yes, but maintenance packages are custom and offered upon request. There is no fixed standard package—clients can choose the level of support they need, such as backups, updates, plugin license renewals, or technical support.

What happens if I need support after the website is live?

No, we do not write content. You can provide your own, reuse content from your existing website, or request AI-generated placeholder text.
