Getting Started & Process

The timeline depends on the complexity of the project, but a typical small website takes 3 to 6 weeks from consultation to launch. Larger sites with e-commerce or advanced functionality generally run 6 to 12 weeks. Delays in feedback or content submission may extend the timeline.

We follow four clear stages: Discovery & StrategyDesign & PrototypingDevelopment & Build, and Launch & Growth. You’ll know exactly what’s happening at each step. See the full breakdown on our Process page.

We don’t write content by default. You can provide your own, reuse content from your existing website, or request AI-generated placeholder text to launch. If you’d like it done for you, professional copywriting is available as an add-on.

Absolutely — redesigns are a core part of what we do, from refreshing an outdated look to rebuilding for speed, SEO and conversions. If your current site is on WordPress, we can migrate compatible content across as part of the project.

SEO & Content

Hosting & Ownership

We build custom websites on WordPress — the world’s most flexible and widely-supported platform — so you get full ownership, easy editing, and no proprietary lock-in.

After full payment, you own the design and code of your website. Third-party plugins or licensed assets are subject to their own terms of use.

Hosting is not included by default, as prices vary with website size, functionality, and estimated traffic. We can recommend suitable hosting plans or handle hosting on your behalf on request.

Absolutely. You’re free to use your own hosting and domain services — we’ll guide you through exactly what’s needed for a smooth launch.

Maintenance & Support

Maintenance packages are custom and offered on request — there’s no fixed standard package. You choose the level of support you need, such as backups, core/plugin/theme updates, security monitoring, plugin license renewals, and technical support.

Post-launch support is always available. Any changes or updates can be handled on request — either hourly or as part of a custom maintenance agreement for ongoing peace of mind.

Yes. Whether it’s new content, new pages, or tweaks, we can make updates on request — billed hourly or covered under an active maintenance plan.
