1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Rubik’s Studio (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for any services, the client (“the Client”, “you”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. No work shall commence until acceptance is confirmed.
2. Scope of Services
Rubik’s Studio provides professional web design and related digital services primarily using WordPress as a Content Management System (CMS).
Only services explicitly listed in the written agreement, proposal, or invoice are included in the project. Any service not expressly stated is excluded unless agreed upon in writing.
3. Content & Account Readiness
3.1 Client Content Obligations
The Client agrees to provide all required content by the agreed project start date, including but not limited to:
Website text and copy
Images, logos, and branding assets
Legal texts and policies
Any content to be transferred from an existing website
If content is not provided on time, Rubik’s Studio may proceed using placeholder text and generic stock images. The project shall still be considered completed, regardless of missing or incomplete content.
3.2 Required Third-Party Accounts
Where the project includes payments, shipping, bookings, or similar functionality, the Client must create and provide access to all required third-party accounts prior to development, including but not limited to:
Online payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, bank gateways)
Shipping providers or shipping price lists
Any other third-party services required for agreed functionality
Rubik’s Studio does not create, register, or manage third-party accounts on behalf of the Client.
3.3 WordPress Integration Requirement
All third-party providers selected by the Client must offer a free and stable WordPress plugin or support standard WordPress integration.
If a provider does not support WordPress or requires paid plugins, custom code, or non-standard integration, additional fees may apply.
3.4 Delays
Delays caused by missing content, missing credentials, or incomplete third-party setup do not pause the project timeline and do not alter payment obligations.
4. Quoting & Design Approval
Quotes are based on information provided by the Client. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in revised pricing.
The Client will receive an initial demo or first draft representing the proposed look and feel of the website. Upon approval of the first draft, the design direction is finalized. Major changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.
5. Payments & Cancellation
5.1 Deposit
Upon approval of the first draft, the Client must pay 50% of the total project fee. Work will not proceed without receipt of payment.
5.2 Cancellation
After payment of the 50% deposit, the project may not be canceled. Any cancellation or major change may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Revisions & Completion
The project includes four (4) rounds of revisions, limited to minor layout adjustments, text changes, and image changes.
After completion of the four revision rounds, the project is deemed complete. Any changes requested thereafter are subject to additional fees unless covered by a maintenance package.
7. Final Payment & Launch
The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to website upload or launch. The absence of final content does not delay payment obligations.
8. Content, Posts & Products
Manual post creation, product creation, and product uploads are not included.
Content imports are accepted only if the previous website is built on WordPress and content is properly structured as posts or products.
Product creation is an optional paid service. The Client must provide a complete and readable product table including all required details. Incomplete data will not be accepted.
9. CMS & Custom Development
All projects are built using WordPress and are subject to its limitations. Custom coding or advanced development is not included and will incur additional fees.
10. Payment Methods & Terms

All invoices must be paid within 15 days of issuance.

The Client is responsible for purchasing and renewing their domain unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rubik’s Studio is not liable for third-party hosting providers, plugins, updates, client-made admin changes, or downtime caused by external services.
13. Accessibility & Compliance
All websites are delivered as WCAG 2.0 compliant at the time of project completion.
14. Branding, Media & Design
Logo design is not included unless purchased separately. Placeholder logos may be used if none are provided.
